Meet Nick
Nick Boedicker is an educator and entrepreneur who specializes in working with young changemakers. His mission is to guide young people to discover their ability to create positive change in the world and in their own lives. He has supported thousands of students to help them take real action on problems that are deeply meaningful to them.
Nick is currently an adjunct professor at the School of International Service at American University and works for the global nonprofit organization, Ashoka, supporting young changemakers around the world.
Meet Tom
Tom Costello is an experienced advertising executive with specialties in tech, data, and digital advertising. He has spent over 12 years at major companies including Microsoft and Verizon. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and using technology to help businesses grow and scale their audience. Tom believes deeply in the potential of technology for improving our world and bridging societal gaps.
Outside of business and technology, Tom has a passion for creativity and the performing arts. He has a unique background, having completed the sketch comedy curriculum at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade theater in NYC, performing in multiple workshop play productions, and writing and performing sketch comedy. Tom brings a fun and engaging energy to everything he does – building on the passion of others and helping drive results.
